3. Child Safety, Age Grading & Active Supervision Disclaimer

Active Adult Supervision Warning: Mealtime feeding sets, bath toys, and physical balance boards require continuous adult supervision. Always verify food temperature before offering silicone dishes or spoons to infants. When toddlers engage with curved wooden balance boards, use them exclusively on flat, non-slip, carpeted, or padded flooring surfaces away from hard furniture corners or stairs; ensure children do not place fingers under the curved edges while rocking. Periodically inspect silicone cutlery, suction bases, and bath toys for tears or wear. Discard any item immediately if damage occurs. Kipi Kids is not liable for choking incidents, falls, finger pinches, or injuries resulting from unsupervised play, mealtime misuse, or failure to observe stated age ratings.
